Zulema Zamudio was born in San Diego, California and raised in Tijuana, Mexico, with a humble upbringing.

After moving back to San Diego and completing her paralegal studies, she became a licensed real estate agent. Along the way she came upon the health insurance and Medicare field, and quickly realized that helping others in need was her true calling. She was eager to advocate for Medicare beneficiaries — especially those whose native language could be a barrier and make it harder to understand their rights and benefits. She prides herself on always putting her members’ needs first and finding the plan that best suits their situation.

Since its beginnings in 2008, Zulema Zamudio Medicare Insurance Agency has grown into a trusted name in San Diego County, offering an array of Medicare plans to its clients. Over the years our clientele has grown and their needs have changed, and we have changed right along with them by expanding what we offer.

Our focus is to coordinate care and wellness for every Medicare beneficiary we serve, so that members get the right care at the right time. Those relationships have built a strong and stable agency that welcomes more than 200 new members a year. We measure our success by the service our members receive.

The agency is available to any Medicare beneficiary through our licensed agents and our friendly, compassionate staff, and we are with you at every step: starting the Medicare enrollment process, comparing plans, applying for Medi-Cal and state subsidies, and even scheduling that first doctor’s appointment.
