Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Appointments outside those hours can usually be arranged, and we visit clients at home when that is easier for them.
What to have handy when you call
- Your Medicare card, or your Social Security number if you have not enrolled yet
- A list of your current prescriptions, with dosages
- The names of the doctors and specialists you want to keep
- Your current plan card, if you already have coverage
